Launch of the Spanish section

I’ve finally gotten around to completing the Spanish section of this site. Being a native Spanish speaker, it was a massive oversight on my behalf to not have done this before!

Still pending: the Spanish section is using the same search engine as the English site. This is quite confusing and disorienting. I hope to remedy this slight tomorrow.
