ZDNet UK: “Even simple navigation on your Web site could cost you thousands in fees, if a new patent claim holds up.”

The patent appears to cover tabbed interfaces displayed in their own frame, a navigation style that has been popular on the web since the mid-1990’s. Has the USPO ever heard of prior art? When is this foolishness going to stop?
