W3C joins European accessibility effort

W3C: “W3C/WAI has joined in a Memorandum of Understanding with twenty-four European organizations to establish a harmonized set of support services throughout Europe, which would include a common evaluation methodology, technical assistance, and a European certification authority for Web accessibility based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.”
