Global IA Widget

Lou is looking for a global IA widget that will help users select their language and country. The challenge is doing it usably (no dropdowns allowed), and having it be small enough to be unobtrusively embeddable. This is the sort of thing where rich interfaces (Flash, DHTML, Java) can shine, given that we ignore the usability requirement.
