For nearly three decades, I've helped organizations like Cisco, GE, and Copa Airlines make sense of complex information environments. I co-authored the fourth edition of the O'Reilly "polar bear" book on information architecture and teach systems thinking at the graduate level. In 2025, I co-founded unfinishe_ to help organizations use AI more strategically.
